Financial Perspectives (FP) is a leading education provider specializing in the financial services sector. FP conducts training programs for the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^CMTM, CFP^CM and the Chartered Financial Analyst, CFA® examinations. FP`s other activities include conducting practically oriented skills development courses related to financial and investment planning as well as publishing various financial textbooks and reference materials.

Financial Perspectives (FP) is an approved educational provider of the AFP and CFP^CM Education Programs with FPAS.

The AFP Education Program and CFP^CM Education Program are unique in that for the first time, Singaporeans can learn the financial planning process based upon locally produced study materials. This will greatly assist students in directly applying the knowledge acquired in their working environment.

Financial Perspectives, with the assistance of Arthur Andersen and other industry experts, have produced the comprehensive Study Guides to meet the syllabus requirements established by FPAS.

The Financial Planning Association of Singapore (FPAS)

FPAS is a non-profit professional association dedicated to developing and promoting an industry providing unbiased financial advise to the Singaporean public. Its vision is to ensure that all Singaporeans have access to responsible and appropriate financial planning advise by raising the professional standards of the industry through education and a shared code of ethics.

FPAS is the Singapore licensee of the CFP Board of Standards and forms part of a global assembly of financial planning associations. As such, FPAS will oversee the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^CM and Associate Financial PLANNER^CM licensing process.

Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR)

The CFA® program is administered by the AIMR, an US-based, non-profit organization with more than 50,000 CFA® charter-holders in over 90 countries. Award of the CFA® charter is subject to the approval from the AIMR Board. CFA® charterholders are recognized by the global investment industry for their standards, ethics and professionalism as they are governed by the AIMR bylaws, Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct.
